Refund and Cancellation policies
Eqop do not provide refunds or cancellation of subscriptions. Eqop do not encourage transfer of courses/services to any other person under any circumstances. Users are directed to read the service information before subscribing to any of our services. Incase of technical issues/non-availability of staffs or unable to deliver the service, refunds will be processed and initiated within 7 days and there may be delays due to local holidays or any other reasons from payment providers to settle the money to your bank account which is not under our control.
