If Eqop cannot deliver the course or service, subscription plans charges will be refunded after deducting the payment gateway charges. There would be no refunds or cancellations if the services were unable to deliver due to a power cut, internet issues, emergency conditions, unplanned special events or occasions, natural calamities, or system failures by Eqop or related third-party companies. If the customer shares the subscription, course, or any other service with non-paid members, the account will be banned immediately, and there will be no refunds in such cases.
